Low Bid Design Build - SR 166 (Caverns Road) Sidewalk Project
Construct a 5 wide 4 thick sidewalk along SR 166 from the existing sidewalk on SR 166 near Bales Drive to the west side of Marianna High School (approximately 8,000ft). The project may include modification to existing drainage structures to facilitate the construction of the sidewalk. Mailboxes may require relocation or replacement and appropriate signage should be considered. All disturbed areas shall receive sod and a 30 sod strip along each side of the sidewalk as needed. Work includes designing, permitting and construction. The design-build team will be responsible for all surveying, permitting and permit fees required for the project. This includes handrail, extend or modify existing culverts (if needed), signs, striping, and other.
