This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources (small and other than small) to perform a potential requirement.
Purpose and Objectives: Your responses to the information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method.
NAICS code: 811219 and sized standard is $20.5M.
NOTE: Respondent claiming SDVOSB and VOSB status must be registered and CVE verified in VetBiz Registry https://www.vip.vetbiz.va.gov/.

Project requirements:
The Contractor will be required to provide dosimetry supplies and services for monitoring occupational ionizing radiation dose at the Robley Rex Veterans Affairs Medical Center Robley Rex VAMC), as required by federal regulation under the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Title 29 Labor under the US Department of Labor (DOL), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and CFR Title 10-Energy under the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC).
The Contractor will provide dosimeters on a monthly and or quarterly basis as requested by the Robley Rex VAMC for use in the radiation safety program for monitoring of occupational ionizing radiation. The Contractor will provide reports, ALARA notifications and annul NRC Form 5 Equivalent reports for all dosimeters provided to the Robley Rex VAMC. The Contractor will also maintain and have the ability to provide historical legal dose records for personnel occupational ionizing radiation exposure reports for all dosimetry services provided by the contractor since inception of the Robley Rex VAMC radiation safety program.
Quality Assurance Program Technical Review. The qualified expert shall review the technical QA program. The review shall include a trend analysis of the QA data; in particular, CT protocols and dosimetry program. The results of the technical QA program review shall be included in the written report. Any trends that identify problems shall be included in the report along with recommended corrective actions.
Anticipated period of performance: October 1, 2019 through September 30, 2020 plus four (4) ordering periods.
Information sought: Response to this announcement shall not exceed 10 pages and should include the following information: (1) A tailored capability statement indicating the firm s ability to provide a product and related services; (2) The respondents DUNS number, organization name, address, point of contact, and size and type of business (e.g., SDVOSB/VOSB, small, etc.,) pursuant to the applicable NAICS code; (3) Information should be provided electronically in a Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format.
