The Illinois Department of Revenue is seeking bids from qualified Chicago area vendors interested in providing public relations services and media advertising placement in the Hispanic community in supoprt of the Illinois Lottery Program and other Agency activities. Vendors must have at least ten (10) full-time employees; be capable of buying and placing advertisements with various media, including TV, print and radio; and have at least two people assigned to the account with a minimum of five years experience with public relations and advertising within the Hispanic community. Additionally, vendor must have experience with entertainment entities, consumer goods and retail outlets.
