The Lottery is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide scripted testing for an Internal Control System (ICS) which independently verifies transactions processed by our Central Gaming System (CGS.) The Lottery is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to invite
interested entities to submit written offers for testing the ICS. The ICS testing will be conducted in phases. Phase 1 includes testing standards, as
defined in Section 3.2, for ICS functionality to be implemented July 26, 2011 when the new ICS and CGS will commence parallel processing with
existing systems. Phase 1 also includes any supplemental testing required to address issues that arise during parallel processing and before system
go-live on August 21, 2011. Phase 2 includes testing standards as defined in section 3.2 for ICS functionality to be implemented before
December 30, 2011. Vendor may be requested to perform additional testing during the contract term if modifications or enhancements to the ICS
are developed or if regression testing after operating system software patching is required.
