The Department is faced with the challenge of replacing two system applications, and seeks a Offeror to develop a timely solution to achieve this objective. The first application is a web portal which provides lottery retailers with account information, business data, data exports and various reporting tools. The other application is a mobile sales force portal which assists the lottery's field personnel with internal work processes, provides sales and account data on retailers that they service, and records the work efforts of the services provided to retailers. Due to the dynamic nature of the lottery business, the goal of this RFP is to provide solutions that are flexible, adaptable, and customizable to the needs of the Lottery.
