The services will include, Design Study Report (DSR), Public Involvement, Right of Way (ROW) Mapping, Plans, Specification and Estimates (PS&E), Assistance during Bidding, and Assistance during Construction. The Contracting Agency reserves the right to negotiate and add Environmental Activities, Phase I Site Assessment, Surveying, Geotechnical Investigations, Hydraulic Design, Traffic and Safety Analysis, and Utility Conflict Report Articles by Amendment, however, it is under no obligation to do so, and reserves the right to complete the services by any other means, including the use of in-house forces.
