Looking for Solar Resources in Colorado with Commercial Operations
To meet a portion of its targeted solar additions, the Public Service Company of Colorado is issuing this RFP for solar resources with commercial operations beginning in the 2009-2012 time frame. Public Service is requesting proposals for approximately 25 MW (ac) of solar resources that can provide a minimum of 60,000 MWh of renewable energy credits (RECs). All solar generation resources meeting the criteria described in this RFP are eligible to bid into this RFP. Public Service will not acquire energy or RECs from on-site solar systems nor from systems with less than 2 MW (ac) nameplate capacity in this RFP.
