b. Loblolly seedlings: 125,000
i. 1-0 loblolly pine bare root seedlings grown in the Atlantic coastal plain

C. Specifications
a. Project Location
Seedlings shall be grown within the Atlantic coastal plain within a 200-mile radius of New Ellenton, South Carolina. Other seedlings that are not grown in this area are not able to fulfill this requirement.
