To better serve the motoring public and unlock the full value of the Indiana Toll Road Travel Plazas (commercialized rest areas), the Indiana Toll Road Concession Company, LLC is undertaking this Request for Proposals process to identify Development Teams interested in designing, constructing, financing, and maintaining new Travel Plazas.
In 2013, Travel Plaza patrons spent over $20 million on food and beverage, over $11.4 million on merchandise, and pumped nearly 34 million gallons of fuel.
