The Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District invites qualified proposers to submit written proposals for the operations and administration of its Long-Term Disability Insurance Program for its employees and the represented employees of Veolia Water Milwaukee, LLC. The current contract with LaFayette Life Insurance will expire July 31, 2008. Please submit a proposal for a one, two, three, four or five year contract beginning August 1, 2008.
