County Government (the County) requests qualified individuals and firms with experience in complete professional Energy Planning and Consulting Services and related, Building Energy Audits, Greenhouse Gas (GHG) Inventory, Land Use, and Transportation Planning Services to submit proposals for Energy Planning and Consulting Services to provide long-range, comprehensive sustainability planning. The Energy and Sustainability Plan will be utilized by the County and, potentially, community stakeholders for future benchmarking, goal-setting, planning and project development.
