Long Beach VAMC Furnished Housing
The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Government intends to procure Corporate Housing services for Department of Veterans Affairs, Long Beach Medical Center. The requirement shall be solicited for a one (1) year period of performance with four (4) one-year option periods. This requirement shall be procured under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8123, and be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The NAICS code is 531110, Temporary Lodging, Size Standard is $27.5 million. The solicitation shall be a Total Small Business Set-Aside. It is anticipated that the solicitation shall be posted to www.fbo.gov on or about September 13, 2019. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and downloading all solicitation related documents from www.fbo.gov and that, in order to be eligible for award, they must have current registration in the System for Award Management at www.sam.gov.
