Logistic Support for U.S. Navy forces and Partner Nation Personnel operating ashore during UNITAS Final Planning Conference (FPC) in Lima, Peru during mid-JUN 2014.
The Fleet Logistics Center, Jacksonville (FLCJ) has a procurement for lodging and meals in Lima, Peru. COMUSNAVSO will host an event that requires lodging and meals in support of UNITAS 2014 Exercise Final Planning Conference (FPC). This Expeditionary Logistics and Life Support Services for U.S. Navy and Partner Nation forces operating ashore in Lima, Peru.
The primary objective of this contract is to obtain expeditionary Logistic Support for U.S Navy Forces and their designated personnel operating ashore in Peru during UNITAS FPC conference in mid JUN 2014. The SC shall provide lodging and meals for approximately 12 Partnering Nation (PN) personnel in Lima, Peru attending FPC for UNITAS.
Hotel is required for PN participants during conference. The hotel shall be in a safe secure location that is acceptable to United States Department of Defense security assessment. Lodging and meals must be provided within the main facilities with all lodging rooms within close proximity of each other. The hotel shall have a modern professional system of internal and external security to include cameras strategically located to monitor the interior and exterior of the hotel.
It is essential that all required services be coordinated with the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and available upon arrival of forces/guests unless otherwise specified by COR. The Service Contractor (SC) shall work closely with the assigned COR, in the coordination and scheduling, ensuring effective completion of all services.
The SC shall provide all labor, material, personnel, operational and technical support to perform the statement of work for the execution of this exercise.
