The Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Drum, NY is seeking multiple businesses willing to enter into a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Lodging under North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 721110: Hotels (Except Casino Hotels). The small business size standard for this industry is $32.5 million in average annual revenue.

Services would include but is not limited to the following: furnish lodging facilities with in 10 miles of Fort Drum when requested by the Contracting Officer or Contracting Officer Representative.


The Contractor must be able to accept the Government Purchase Card (GPC). BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years.


BPAs will be evaluated annually and may remain in place for up to five years. When establishing these BPAs the Government will consider: Price; Socio-economic status; past performance, where past performance information exists; and technical capabilities.


IAW FARS 52.204-7 interested parties must be registered with the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) under NACIS code 721110. The registrations can be done through System for Award Management (SAM) for free at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The Contractor will not receive a BPA until these registrations are completed.


Any interested party should submit their DUNS number, CAGE Code, and Tax ID number to michelle.l.shoshone.civ@mail.mil. Any correspondence relating to this synopsis should have "Lodging BPA" notated in the subject field.
