Lodging for FSCPE Participants Sept. 7-12, 2014
The U.S. Census Bureau intends to procure lodging in the Washington Metropolitan Area. Lodging is required for 50 participants for the Federal-State Cooperative for Population Estimates (FSCPE) and the FSCPE Steering Committee Meetings (meetings held at the Census Buerau) on the following dates:
• Sunday, September 7, 2014 - 7 sleeping rooms
• Monday, September 8, 2014 - 50 sleeping rooms
• Tuesday, September 9, 2014 - 50 sleeping rooms
• Wednesday, September 10, 2014 - 50 sleeping rooms
• Thursday, September 11, 2014 - 7 sleeping rooms
The accommodations must have the following:
• Metro Accessibility (within one block of the metro station)
• Full Service Restaurant
The U.S. Census Bureau reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of offered facilities. Award will be made on a best value basis in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Lodging must be at FedRooms rate, less than or equal to the Government per diem rate.
