This is a Sources Sought Notice for Lodging and Transportation management Services at the National Guard Professional Education Center (PEC) at Camp Joseph T. Robinson in North Little Rock, Arkansas 72199.
The requested services will provide comprehensive management of the PEC lodging facilities to include front desk services, housekeeping, and transportation of students and guests staying in PEC lodging as well as those that are billeted off-post.

The Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this Sources Sought or to otherwise pay for the information solicited.
Although "proposal," "offeror," contractor, and "offeror" may be used in this sources sought notice, any response will be treated as information only. It shall not be used as a proposal.

Any information received from a contractor in response to this Sources Sought may be used in creating a solicitation. Any information received which is marked with a statement, such as "proprietary" or "confidential," intended to restrict distribution will not be distributed outside of the Government, except as required by law.
This Sources Sought is issued by USP&FO - P&C for the Arkansas Army National Guard. The NAICS code identified for this requirement is 561210 Facility Support Services. The requirement is detailed in the Performance Work Statement Draft section of this document.

Cursory market research has identified several businesses that may be able to provide for this requirement.

Contractors that are able to meet the requirements in the attachment are encouraged to email a capability statement and full information to Mark White at mark.c.white20.civ@mail.mil

The purpose of this sources sought is to identify small business companies capable of performing the requested services. Contractors shall identify the NAICS code for the services being offered as well as their size status under said NAICS.

Contractors shall identify pertinent point of contact for company, contractor DUNS number for size standard and socioeconomic verification in SAM.
 
Contractors shall include any relevant comments about the Attachment(s) if applicable.
Period of Performance: The anticipated period of performance is on/or around June 1, 2020 to May 31, 2021. Four option periods are anticipated to be included in the requirement.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THIS NOTICE IS FOR MARKET RESEARCH AND RESPONSES WILL BE USED TO HELP DEVELOP THE REQUIREMENT IN TERMS OF POTENTIAL SOURCES AND TYPES, CAPABILITIES AND AVAILABILITY.
INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD NOTE THAT RESPONDING IS STRICTLY VOLUNTARY, BUT HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. THE GOVERNMENT WILL NOT REIMBURSE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PREPARATION FOR RESPONDING TO THIS NOTICE. NO BASIS FOR A CLAIM AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT SHALL ARISE AS A RESULT FROM A RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. DOCUMENTS SUBMITTED WILL NOT BE RETURNED AND THERE WILL BE NO FOLLOWUP ON ANY OF THE DOCUMENTS OR SOURCES RESPONDING TO THE NOTICE.
THE NATIONAL GUARD BUREAU IS PROVIDING THIS ANNOUNCEMENT TO RELEASE THE DRAFT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) FOR LODGING AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT SERVICES.
