MICC - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) to support the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) in Delafield, WI 53018. This requirement is to provide lodging for 55 Cadre within a 10 mile radius of St John's Northwestern Military Academy in Delafield, WI during the period of 18 June 2018 through 28 June 2018. The room requirements are as follows: 4 rooms on 18 June 2018, 29 rooms on 19 June 2018, and 55 rooms from 20 June 2018 through 28 June 2018 for a total of 473 room nights. All work shall be performed in accordance with the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.
This requirement is 100% Small Business. The NAICS is 721110 and the Size standard is $32.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 18 May 2018. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website.
Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
The quote is due on 24 May 2018, 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) and must be emailed to Purchasing Agent, Charlene Graham, charlene.e.graham2.civ@mail.mil. Please note these dates are subject to change.
