This Solicitation is for a Lodging Requirement for the 321st Military Intelligence Battalion, Military Intelligence Readiness Command in Orlando, FL from 2 November 2017 - 5 November 2017. This requirement includes 177 lodging rooms for 3 nights. This is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. For a proposal submitted by an offeror that is not a hotel, the offeror must describe in its proposal the technical approach for the offeror's services as a prime contractor and must also include a copy of all insurance(s) (standard business, liability,extraordinary insurances) in order to submit a complete technical proposal for evaluation purposes. (Again, this is not a solicitation for Event Planning Services. An offer which requires the Government to execute a separate agreement with a third party hotel shall be deemed technically unacceptable). The award will be a fixed price contract with a period of performance from 2 November 2017 - 5 November 2017. This acquisition is 100% total small business set aside. The primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 721110, size standard of $32.5 Million. Prospective Contractors must be verified on System for Award Management(SAM)website. The solicitation has been posted today, 13 October 2017 via Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) at www.fbo.gov. The due date for all offers SHALL BE 20 OCTOBER 2017 12PM EASTERN STANDARD TIME. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-72. It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS should be registered on ORCA Internet Site.
