Lodging/Meeting Space for NHIS Trainings: Multiple Cities
The U.S. Census Bureau is seeking sources among multiple cities (to promote competition) for lodging and meeting space to accommodate approximately 650 people for the NHIS Centralized Trainings, September 11-14, 2018. The following cities are solicited:
Boston, Massachusetts
Denver, Colorado
National Harbor, Washington DC
Chicago, Illinois (DuPage and Cook Counties only)
*All lodging and meeting space must be in same hotel.
*Accommodations must have full service restaurant on site.
The U.S. Census Bureau reserves the right to conduct an on-site inspection of offered facilities. Lodging rate must be equal to or less than Government per diem rate. Interested sources must hold an active registration in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov), and provide full company name, DUNS# and Cage Code with proposal submission, and reference Solicitation #09-18-LRS-3 in email subject. All responsible sources from the three (4) cities solicited, that can meet the requirements and provide items as listed in the attachment may respond to this solicitation by submitting cost and technical proposal, hotel contract, and descriptive literature via email to lisa.r.safewright@census.gov., by 4pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, June 5, 2018. Please email all questions to the email address above by 4pm Eastern Time on Tuesday, May 29, 2018. No phone calls will be honored. Q&A will be posted within 3 business days. Please reference Solicitation # 09-18-LRS-3 in the subject line of all correspondence. Award will be made on a best value basis, by Government Purchase Order, according to Simplified Acquisition Procedures. *Note, Weather/Travel/Airfare pricing/proximity from Regional Offices, will be factors in making the hotel and city selection.
