Lodging, Meals, and Facilities - Muscogee & Atlanta School JCLC in Columbus, GA
MICC - Fort Knox intends to issue a request for quotation (RFQ) to support the JROTC Cadet Leadership Challenge (JCLC) in Columbus, Georgia. This requirement is to provide lodging, meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), facilities (auditorium) and recreation area/pool for 255 Cadets and 45 Cadre from Muscogee County School District during the period of 3 June 2018 through 8 June 2018 and 320 Cadets and 60 Cadre from Atlanta Public School during the period of 4 June 2018 through 8 June 2018. All work will be performed in accordance with the Solicitation and Performance Work Statement.
This requirement is Unrestricted. The NAICS is 721110 and the Size standard is $32.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered.
The Request for Quote (RFQ) will be posted to the Federal Business Opportunities website (FedBizOpps) at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 18 May 2018. The solicitation may be downloaded from this website.
Contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award of a contract. Contractors shall ensure SAM registration is active. The official SAM website is https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/.
The quote is due on 23 May 2018, 2:30 p.m. (Eastern Time) and must be emailed to Purchasing Agent, Charlene Graham, charlene.e.graham2.civ@mail.mil. Please note these dates are subject to change.
