This is issued as combined synopsis/solicitation. A formal or written solicitation will not be issued. An email quote will be accepted send email to tracy.green@fletc.dhs.gov.
This is a notice that this solicitation is a total set aside for Small Business. Only quotes submitted by Small Business will be accepted by the Government. Any quotes that is submitted by a contractor that is not Small Business will not be considered for award
NOTE: To receive an award resulting from this solicitation, offerors MUST be registered in the System for Award Management www.sam.gov website; IAW FAR 52.212.1(k).
Offerors shall provide a statement of compliance with FAR 52.222-50, Combating Trafficking in Persons, requirements and confirm subcontractors will accomplish a statement of compliance upon award.
