This solicitation is being issued as a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business for steel clothing lockers for use by Defense Commissary Agency commissaries worldwide (including Europe). However, for overseas stores, with the exception of Alaska and Hawaii, the Contractor would only be responsible for preparation for overseas shipment to the port. A Firm Fixed Price Contract is contemplated. The Request for Proposal will be posted on or about July 25, 2014. The solicitation will be posted at www.fedbizopps.gov.
