The Massachusetts State Treasurer and Receiver General seeks qualified bidders interested in providing Lockbox and ACH credit/debit services. The Commonwealth, through individual agencies, utilizes both wholesale and retail Lockboxes to streamline the collection of fees. Agencies utilize ACH credit and debit transactions to move funds into their depository accounts.
