The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District is soliciting a requirement for the fabrication and installation of new embedded miter gate anchorages at Lock and Dam #2 located on the Mississippi River in Hastings, Minnesota. It is anticipated that fabrication would begin in October 2019 with the construction completed in May 2021. The anticipated magnitude of this project will be between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00.

The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990; Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction with a size standard of $36.5 Million.


The resulting contract shall be a Firm, Fixed-Price contract.


This solicitation is a Total Small Business set-aside.


The solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB).


The submittal due date is August 30, 2019 at 2:00pm central time, as stated in the solicitation.
