Locator Service Subscription for 61-100 concurrent users.
This Synopsis/Solicitation is for a New Firm-Fixed Price sole source, definitized, new firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with a base year and four options for ILS Database Subscription access for 61-100 concurrent users.
The purpose of this Synopsis / Solicitation is to award a Sole Source, Definitive, Fixed-Price type contract to Inventory Locator Service (ILS), LLC, CAGE 8J234, 8001 Centerview Pkwy, STE 400, Cordova, TN 38018. Proposal must be in accordance with far 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors -- these are commercial items and shall include technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation.

Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds.
