Local telephone exchange services for Ft. Buchanan, PR
The Army Network Enterprise Technology Command (NETCOM) has a requirement for local telephone exchange services for Ft. Buchanan, PR, including as a minimum but not limited to: commercial subscriber lines, digital access trunks, Primary Rate Interface (PRI) trunks and direct inward dialing (DID) numbers. The proposed award will be a firm-fixed price type contract for a base year and four one-year options. All Incumbent and Competitive Local Exchange Carriers certified by Puerto Rico may submit an offer. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. The SIC for this acquisition is 4813 and the NAICS is 517110. Release of the Request for Proposal (RFP)-W91RUS-14-R-0014 is anticipated on or about 1 August 2014. When released the RFP can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Web Site located at https://acquisition.army.mil/. Please e-mail questions relating to this notice to the Contracting Officer. A pre-proposal meeting and site visit for this requirement is tentatively scheduled for 9 AM, 28 August 2014 at Ft. Buchanan, PR. Meeting location information will be published in the RFP, when released, and provided to confirmed attendees.
