Local and Latawide Voice Services
This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of establishing a contractual relationship with one vendor to provide Local and Latawide Voice Services to the North Carolina Central University (NCCU) campus in Durham, NC using a CLASS 5 switch as the serving central office. The State's intent is to award to one vendor. It is imperative for the State to establish a relationship with a Vendor who agrees to the terms of this solicitation and demonstrates the ability to fulfill the stipulated requirements. Only those companies having the depth of resources necessary to support the needs of the State will be considered for award under this contract. The State reserves the right to reject any and all offers.
