Local Moving and Hauling Services
The Office is seeking to establish purchasing agreements with one or more companies that can provide Local Moving and Hauling Services.
1.2. BACKGROUND: This contract is intended to provide for Moving and Hauling Services on an as needed basis. This contract is for the convenience of the Department. It is made available to the other agencies at the request of the appointing authority. The work to be accomplished consists of providing moving and hauling services of primarily, but not limited to, office furnishing and equipment.
1.3. CONTRACT PERIOD: Contracts arising from this request for proposal will be for a period of 12 months with an option to renew for 2 additional 12 month periods. Proposed start date will be May 1, 2009.
