Local Crime Data Integration System
The purpose of this RFP is to solicit proposals for a customizable and proven COTS solution for the department for local crime data integration system. The CAPTURES project seeks to develop a statewide data collection solution with information provided by Local Law Enforcement Agencies (LLEAs). This project shall standardize that data into formats that can be used for reporting and analysis at local, state, and federal levels. The project shall provide the ability for law enforcement across the state to collect and consolidate crime data by establishing a web portal and a statewide data repository. The project includes supply of required computer software and recommendations for hardware as well as integration and implementation services. Any necessary hardware shall be purchased separately by the department.
