The contractor must perform to the standards in this contract. All submittals are required for review and approval to the Contracting Officer prior to award. The Contractor is responsible for field verification of all material sizes and quantities necessary for the completion of this project. California DOL DBA General Decision No: 15-5651 (Rev.-7), Mod, dated are applicable to this project. All applicable Federal, State, and Local regulations, requirements, best management practices, and standard operation procedures applies. THIS PURCHASE WILL BE BASED ON THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA: FIRM FIXED PRICE, LOWEST COST TECHNICALLY ACCEPTABLE.
