Loan Management Software System
The scope for this procurement is for an integrated software suite Intranet infrastructure for web-based application development to facilitate the management of CDA operations. The objective is to determine if there is Commercial off the Shelf (COTS) available in the commercial market that can perform the business functions of the authority and avoid the expense and time consuming homegrown application development process. The CDA will have a centralized source of historical and current information on the status of its programs, maintained in a standard way, and accessible to all staff with a need. This project will also include integrating existing data.
