Livery Services
Mandatory pre-bid meeting 02/18/2010.
Scope: The University and its branch campuses is interested in receiving proposals from qualified and experienced providers of Livery Services on an as needed basis. The services will be to transport athletic recruits and coaches, dignitaries and speakers to conferences and special events and performers, as well as services to other campus departments. The service may also include airport drop-offs and pickups. The successful respondent must demonstrate to the University that they can meet all the requirements of this Request for Proposal.
During fiscal year 2009 the amount expended by the University for Livery Services was approximately $59,000.00 (fifty-nine thousand).
