Livable Centers Study for the Downtown Management District
The Organization is seeking consulting services to conduct a study and develop a plan to further the goals of the Livable Centers program in the City Downtown area. The Consultant (team) will develop a plan that address the application of the Livable Centers program goals to the identified study area, including identification of transportation improvements that could leverage private investment and improve the quality of life in the project area.
