Livable Centers Studies for the City of Houston
H-GAC is seeking consulting services to conduct a study and develop a plan to further the goals of the Livable Centers program in the City of Houston. The Consultant (team) will develop a plan that addresses the application of the Livable Centers program goals to the identified study areas, including identification of transportation improvements that could leverage private investment and improve the quality of life in the project areas.
