Little Patuxent Parallel Interceptor Sewer
The scope of work to be performed under this contract consists of the furnishing of all materials and the construction, complete in place, approximately 3,700 linear feet of 42-inch sewer, including manholes, mitered bends, diversion structure, surface restoration, and incidental items of work as shown on the contract drawings for Contract no. 20-4531, specified in the contract documents, or as directed by the Engineer. This project is in Cost Group G. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond or Certified Check in the amount of 5% of the total bid, made payable to the Director of Finance, Howard County. The County anticipates a notice to proceed with construction on or about January 7, 2009.
Bid documents for the subject solicitation will be available beginning October 15, 2008 for a non-refundable fee of $50.
A Pre-bid meeting will be held in the Engineering Conference Room, Dorsey Building, 9250 Bendix Road, Columbia, MD 21045 at 10:00 AM on October 28, 2008.
