Liquid Antifreeze and Windshield Washer Fluid
The intent of this bid is to establish contractor(s) to provide Antifreeze and Windshield Washer
Fluid for the Department of Transportation as well as All Using State Agencies, Political Sub-
Divisions, Municipalities, School Systems and Not-for-Profit Organizations in the State of
Connecticut.
The term of this contract will be from May 1, 2010 through April 30, 2014. The State reserves the
option to extend the contract for the length of its original term or portions thereof.
