This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-02 (effective June 5, 2019). The solicitation number is 140P8519Q0026, and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This is an unrestricted solicitation under NAICS 812331. Offerors must be doing business under this NAICS code as listed on their record at www.sam.gov. The Government will consider past performance in determining responsibility.
DESCRIPTION: The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, has a requirement for linen services for the Yosemite Medical Clinic and ambulance. This work will consist of supplying fresh, laundered linens, and the removal of soiled linens. See attached Scope of Work for full requirement.
The awarded contract will be for one base year with four (4) option year periods. The base year line item will cover August 23, 2019 through August 22, 2020, and four option line items covering services from August to August during successive years (if exercised) through August 2024. The Government intends to award a single, fixed price purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following non-price factors shall be used to evaluate offers: technical capability and past performance. Evaluation factors other than price, when combined, are approximately equal to price.
