THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice ONLY.
This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotation (RFQ).
In accordance with FAR 15.201, the Indian Health Service, Phoenix Indian Medical Center located at 4212 N. 16th Street, Phoenix, AZ 85016 is conducting a market survey to identify contractors for the following: LINEN RENTAL AND LAUNDERING SERVICES for the Phoenix Indian Medical Center (PIMC) located in Phoenix, Arizona. (Refer to Attachment A for additional information.)
Interested contractors who meet the criteria above may submit information to the acquisitions department. This RFI is open from October 18, 2014 through October 31, 2014. In addition to your vendor information please submit your NAICS code and notice if you are small or large business.
This RFI is for planning purposes only.
This sources sought notice/(RFI) is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for any information solicited.
