The Air Mobility Command Directorate of Safety (AMC/SE) requires Line Operations Safety Audit (LOSA). The Government requires support for
threat and error identification during flight crew performance and flight operations. The objective of this acquisition is to conduct a LOSA that
supports HQ AMC at Scott AFB. A LOSA is a formal process that requires contractor trained observers to collect safety-related data on
environmental conditions, operational complexity, and air transportation specialists' performance. The LOSA process provides a diagnostic
snapshot of strengths and weaknesses that AMC can use to bolster the "health" of its safety margins and prevent degradation of AMC cargo terminal
operations. A Safety Investigation Board (SIB) is formed to analyze the observation data and recommend proactive changes in identified deficient
areas.
The anticipated period of performance will include a base year plus four 12 month option periods from 01 Aug 17 to 31 Jul 22.
