Line Laser
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
This is a Firm Fixed Price Request for Quotation (RFQ), No. DTFH7015Q00006, being issued by the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Acquisitions Department for Line Lasers to be delivered to FHWA office in Vancouver, WA.
This solicitation, is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, the acquisition of commercial items in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation, and award as prescribed in FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-79.
This solicitation is a Small Business SET-ASIDE. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334519 with an industry size standard of 500 employees. A responsible quoter is one whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be most advantageous to the Government. See Clause 52.212-2 below, for evaluation criteria.
