The City of Lincoln Department of Public Works is seeking proposals for planning, design, and
construction services for Nathan Dubin Park located within the Lincoln Crossing Specific Plan.
The requested services for the neighborhood open space park include:
Development of conceptual design plans.
Preparation of environmental documents and resource agency permitting.
Final design, including construction drawings, technical specifications and cost estimates.
Bidding, construction management, and inspection services.
