Lima- Solicitation for hotel Rooms for the COP20 Event
The Embassy of the United States in Lima, Peru, requires Hotel Room Services for the COP20 Event to be held Lima. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of 40 and maximum of 100 single hotel rooms in Lima. The Contractor shall furnish managerial, administrative, and direct labor personnel to accomplish all work as required in the contract. These requirements may change depending on funding availability in forthcoming periods. Anticipated performance is for the period from November 27 - December 14th, 2014 and individual task orders shall be issued for a specified number of rooms within rates designated.
