BACKGROUND:
The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Plant Protection Quarantine, has a facility in the Lihue Airport cargo bay in which inspection of agricultural products takes place. The approximately 1,020 SF facility is located at 3901 Mokulele Loop, Bldg. 135, Unit 102B, Lihue, Hawaii, 96766.

REQUIREMENT:
Currently, there are no accommodations to effectively wash plant material often required during these inspections. The following construction services are required: install plumbing, electrical, applicable connections, and miscellaneous parts for the installation of a stainless steel, free-standing single compartment sink with hot and cold water faucet, emergency eye wash, a tankless water heater, floor drain (3/8" slope) with a soil trap, and a wall-mounted hose bib.
