Amendment 0002:

QUESTION: Can you please clarify if the government is interested in a 2 shot threat E/Y plate at reduced weight standalone, or would the government also be interested in a 1 shot Threat E/Y plate at reduced weight standalone?
ANSWER: The government is interested in a 2 shot threat E/Y plate at reduced weight standalone.


QUESTION: Do the 2x2 samples coupons need to be of the same construction as a finished end item (i.e. full bill of materials - spall cover, etc)?
ANSWER: The samples should actually be 4"x4" in size. The coupons should have the same construction as the full bill of materials.


QUESTION: When the government requests 20 ESAPI "at weight", does this mean at "Legacy" weight?
ANSWER: Yes, the "at weight" ESAPIs should be at legacy weight.
