Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) Data Acquisition for the Potential Gas Pipeline Corridor
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Geological & Geophysical Surveys is soliciting proposals for the acquisition of LiDAR data, subsequent building of bare-earth digital elevation models(DEMs), and production of contour maps for an area of approximately 325 miles (no more than 500 miles) along the Alaska Highway between Delta Junction and the Canada border and an area of approximately 50 miles (no more than 75 miles) within the Salcha seismic zone. The area of the Salcha seismic zone is a secondary priority. It is the States preference to award a contract for all areas defined herein, however if both areas will not fit within the States available funds, the State may choose to award a contract only for the Alaska Highway area.
