Light/Sensor Retrofit/Replacement Project

The College has identified no less than 2,800 T12 fixtures that need converting to qualified high performance T8 fixtures, preferably by retrofit or by replacement if necessary. In addition to converting light fixtures, the contractor will install 72 lutron wireless occupancy sensors, or equivalent sensors. Specific points of this project follow:
