Solicitation will result in a Commercial Indefinite Purchase Order IAW FAR 13.5, SPE4A219RX152, NSN 6220-013164577 LIGHT, LANDING, AIRCR, Part Number 8555M6, CEF INDUSTRIES as the approved sources of supply. Item is Unrestricted (full and open competition), Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order consisting of a 3-year base period and a 2-year option period (totaling 5 years). FOB will be Destination, Inspection and Acceptance will be Destination. Delivery will be 210 days DARO, based on PLT estimate.
PRICING WILL BE EVALUATED ON THE ESTIMATED ANNUAL DEMAND (EAD). THE ESTIMATED SOLICITATION OPEN DATE IS ON OR ABOUT 06/18/2019. CERTIFIED COST DATA IS REQUIRED WHEN A SOLE PROPOSAL IS EVALUATED FOR IN EXCESS OF $2,000,000. THE FINAL CONTRACT AWARD DECISION MAY BE BASED UPON A COMBINATION OF PRICE, PAST PERFORAMNCE, AND OTHER EVALUATION FACTORS AS DESCRIBED IN THE SOLICITATION.
