Lifecycle Development Technical Support Services

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is issuing this Request for Information (RFI) for the purposes of market research to gather industry input about the Agency's requirement, contractor capabilities, and best practices regarding linked open data management and related application development in the science and engineering fields, to further advance several current and potential projects within the Office of Research and Development related to life cycle assessment. EPA is specifically seeking to identify companies that have the skills to support this effort and establish suggestions that industry may have to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve quality for the performance of these requirements. The EPA also seeks to understand any concerns that industry may have about this requirement.
