Licensing, Continuing Education & Enforcement System
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to provide sufficient
information to interested vendors to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by the State in the development of a Licensing, Continuing Education &
Enforcement System. The State prefers to utilize the new System on a services basis via the Internet. This Licensing, Continuing
Education, & Enforcement system will be owned and operated by the selected vendor, and used as a
service by the State. All data will be
owned by State. The Licensing,
Continuing Education, & Enforcement system will require a tracking database along with revenue
handling, reporting, and a web inquiry interface.
