Licensee Drug Testing Services
The State is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or entities to provide a complete program of drug testing services for applicants and licensees. The program must contain a schedule for random testing of urine, blood, hair, other body fluids, i.e. oral, sweat, breath, and other specimen collections. However, BON is mainly interested in comprehensive expertise in urine screening. Laboratory specimen analysis, interpretation, record keeping, and supervision of record access should be included in the proposal. In addition, reporting of testing results, management of the information, and timely reports are required. The awarded respondent may be required to testify at board hearings.
